At EAA AirVenture, I represent TBMOPA by engaging with current and prospective members, sharing the benefits of our association, and strengthening connections within the TBM community. TBMOPA offers a dedicated airport concierge service to assist Members flying in, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. We also help coordinate accommodations, whether on-site or at nearby hotels, to provide a comfortable and convenient stay. AirVenture is a great opportunity to showcase what TBMOPA has to offer, from exclusive Member services to safety initiatives, training programs, and community-building events.

From coordinating logistics to ensuring flawless execution, we provided the behind-the-scenes support needed to keep everything running smoothly. In May 2024, we brought the TBMOPA Convention to Europe, delivering a first-class experience for members through meticulous planning and execution. Attendees stayed at the sleek Hotel Regina in Biarritz, providing a sophisticated and comfortable setting for the event. A key highlight was securing an exclusive 1-star Michelin restaurant, where we curated menus that showcased the best of the region’s cuisine, ensuring each meal was as thoughtfully planned as the programming itself.
